About the Program
Our Family Planning Program services are provided by a health care provider called a nurse practitioner. She can assist you with all your family planning needs and can answer any questions you may have about your reproductive health. The Shiawassee County Health Department has partnered with the Mid-Michigan District Health Department to bring these services to area residents. A variety of insurance plans are accepted. For those without insurance, the total charge is based on income and ability to pay. No one will be denied services.
